- Supervision of distribution and logistics operations of 16 depots ensuring consistency and efficiency in distribution activities.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and waste.
- Coordinate drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
- Planning of daily, weekly, and monthly stock and delivery.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance/ repair with the help of a contract workshop.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the depots.
- Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
- Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions.
- Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Educational Requirements :
Masters/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
- 7 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Age 30 to 40 years
