Maintenance Engineer, Water Treatment Plant

Job Responsibilities :
- Planning & preparing maintenance schedules for all machines to ensure smooth operation.
- Supervise the installation work of Mechanical machinery.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for utility-related incidents or disruptions. Coordinate with other departments or external agencies during emergencies and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Ensuring proper scheduling for inspecting, testing & replacing accessories of the pump, compressor, generator, ancillary equipment & other types of machinery.
- Supervising preventive & breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting the machinery involved in the production.
- Assembling & installing machines or equipment as and when required.
- Ensuring proper mechanical maintenance of all equipment & machines at the plant.
- Preparing & maintaining proper documentation for daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of current manpower.
- Maintain the Log Sheet properly at the shift end.
- Proper reporting of shift activities to the reliever and manager.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Power from any reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 10 years of experience in similar position in any reputed Pharmaceuticals.
