Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales

Job Responsibilities :
- Implement a Sales Strategy to drive the sales process within a specific territory.
- Communicate with clients & sales staff being with them to ensure all issues are resolved quickly & successfully.
- Identify new areas of commercial growth for the existing products & make recommendation for future product development.
- Forecast sales revenue targets for each market & meet set targets.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year
Additional Requirements :
- Age 27 to 45 years
- The candidate should be self- Motivated, Hardworking & achieve sales targets through guiding & supervising the field forces activities in anywhere in Bangladesh being physically present with them in the field .
- Applicant should have 2-3 years running experience in the field of Medical promotion activities.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
