- Supervise the International Business, Marketing, and Sales team, providing leadership and guidance for overseas operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including the establishment of meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication channels to disseminate updates on new product developments to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between Manufacturing and Toll-Manufacturing departments and prospective international clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Top Management, highlighting key insights and developments in international business.
- Identify emerging market segments and devise strategic plans to expand business volumes and increase revenues.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory dossiers (ACTD, CTD, ECTD) for clients from different countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and analyzing regulatory rules across various jurisdictions.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements :
- At least 8 years
